3. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

5. Damaged Items in Transport
If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately at sales@lapinhouseusa.com.
6. Return and Exchange Policy:
We want you to be completely satisfied with our products. Once you have received your products, inspect them carefully and let us know right away after delivery if something has been damaged in transit. We will refund or replace anything that arrives damaged.
Please note that the customer will be responsible for shipping costs associated with non-damaged products.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Save your proof of purchase in order to claim the product.
